Replacing worn parts on your vertical pumps can be costly. Boundary saves you money by rebuilding many of these expensive parts.
Worn bearings and a bent shaft caused the impeller shown (at right) to be worn until it was obvious there were problems with the pump and it
was pulled for servicing. We were able to save all the impellers and bowls of a multi-stage pump by rebuilding the impellers wear
ring skirts and putting new wear rings and bushings in the bowls - a major savings.
We provide new shafts, impellers, wear rings, bushings, spiders...all the original equipment and quality replacement parts you need.
Used and reconditioned parts may also be available for your particular pump.
If your pumps face extremely severe operating conditions from harsh abrasive and corrosive media, we can extend their service life
by upgrading the quality of certain parts. For example, our long life impeller coatings could prevent premature replacement for one
or more service cycles and harder shaft materials can prevent premature wear of critical parts and improve overall performance of
the pump.
